Math Frolicking is a game based, physically active way to practice math skills. Early Elementary will focus on number sense, place value to the right of the decimal, addition and subtraction, basic fractions and money sense. Upper Elementary will focus on place value, positive and negative integers, multiplication and division, fractions and money sense. While some minimal instruction will take place, it is best if students have been exposed to some of these topics and can use the class time to practice.
The Art of Math is a class for patterns, shapes and sizes (measurement). Using various art projects including mandalas and fibonacci sequencing students will enjoy creating while experiencing math concepts.
